Immune complex crescentic glomerulonephritis associated with pulmonary aspergillosis.

Abstract

We describe a case of immune complex crescentic glomerulonephritis associated with invasive pulmonary Aspergillus fumigatus infection. Immunofluorescent and immunoperoxidase investigations showed the presence of Aspergillus fumigatus antigen in the glomerular immune complexes.
