[Improved access to the superficial femoral artery in PTA using a Tuohy cannula].

Description of a new needle well suited for problem cases in percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of the superficial femoral artery. This needle facilitates probing of the vessel in antegrade puncture and makes sliding off into the deep femoral artery less likely.
