Abstract
Patients are aware when even minimal bulbosity appears secondary to acne rosacea. Many suffer psychic trauma as a result. Early surgical treatment of this entity eliminates disfiguring hypertrophy. We advocate early surgical treatment of even minimal rhinophyma.Entities:
