Abstract
Rupture of the rectus abdominis muscle represents one of the rare specific lesions due to seat-belts. Two cases are presented which illustrate diagnostic difficulties and the value of the warning provided by these lesions, which are very frequently associated with severe contusion of the small intestine or colon.Entities:
