Abstract
An intracytoplasmic inclusion seen in cells in the urinary sediments of a patient with the mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome (Kawasaki disease) is described. Cytochemical features suggested that the inclusion-bearing cells may be derived from mononucleated phagocytic cells. The presence of these cells may be related to the acute febrile phase of the disease.Entities:
