Abstract
Myocardial infarction is rarely described in the newborn. We report a case in which the newborn had a normal heart and probably normal coronary arteries. The only presenting sign was transient extrasystolic beats. The course was uneventful and our patient recovered spontaneously. A review of the literature is presented.Entities:
