Abstract
A technique is described for the colour-coded display of averaged scalp electrical activity at 40 instants in time. An application of this technique to the pattern reversal visual evoked potential is discussed, showing the value of spatio-temporal mapping in the interpretation of multichannel evoked potential recordings.Mesh：
