Abstract
Twenty-eight monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) from the NIH melanoma exchange program were analyzed in a binding assay for reactivity with a panel of 22 cell lines which included melanomas, carcinomas, fibroblasts, and lymphomyeloid cells. In this test, most MoAbs showed reactivity with a wide range of cell lines. The MoAbs were also tested for binding with freshly removed tumor cells and normal peripheral lymphocytes.Entities:
