Abstract
We describe a case of perforating lichen planus. The foreign material eliminated by this path appears to be represented by the numerous hyaline bodies present at the base of the perforation. This unusual variant may be added to the many variants of lichen planus previously described: atrophic, hypertrophic, planopilaris, bullous, etc. . .Entities:
