Abstract
Two cases of squamous cell carcinoma with sarcoma-like stroma of the nose and paranasal sinuses are described. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of such a localization for this tumour type. Keratin was localized by immunocytochemistry in the epithelial cells, as well as in occasional stromal-like elements. The importance of distinguishing these tumours from morphologically similar neoplasms is emphasized in view of their different therapeutic approach.Entities:
