Abstract
The growth rate (studied by mean tumor dry weight) and vascularization (studied by microangiography) of two transplantable rat tumors, a 20-methylcholanthrene-induced fibrosarcoma and a hepatoma, were significantly reduced by three prostaglandin synthesis inhibitors, indomethacin, diclofenac-sodium and aspirin, irrespective of whether the drugs were administered early or late during tumor growth.Entities:
