[In vitro demonstration of the effect of lindane on isolated synaptosome preparations].

Abstract

Lindane neurotoxicity is studied in vitro on Rat brain synaptosomes. Calcium uptake of isolated synaptosomes increases in the presence of pesticide; lindane action is observed on both normal and depolarized preparations.
