Abstract
Primary adenocarcinomas of the vulva are rare tumors and usually arise from the Bartholin's gland. However, other potential sources of adenocarcinoma exist. A case is reported where it is believed that the source of the primary adenocarcinoma was a misplaced cloacal remnant. The method of treatment was by radical surgery and the prognosis is uncertain.Entities:
