Abstract
Antisera were prepared against cytochromes c3 from Desulfovibrio africanus, D. vulgaris, and D. salexigens. Cross-reactions were observed between antisera to D. vulgaris and D. africanus cytochromes and heterologous cytochromes c3. A weak cross-reaction with antisera against both D. vulgaris and D. africanus cytochromes and the acid form of the D. salexigens cytochrome was seen; the basic form did not react.Entities:
