Abstract
Report is made of a fine needle aspiration biopsy of a clinically occult right adrenal pheochromocytoma that manifested itself as a pyrexia of unknown origin in a 38-year-old male. The argyrophil stain on aspirated tumor cells was found to be helpful in making the diagnosis. The cytologic differential diagnosis is briefly discussed.Entities:
