Abstract
The monoclonal anti-I and -i autoantibodies of cold agglutinin disease have drawn attention to a class of carbohydrate antigens which are of considerable biological interest. These antibodies have also served to illustrate the remarkable differences that can exist in the fine specificities of monoclonal antibodies directed against relatively simple antigens borne on hexa- to octasaccharide structures.Entities:
