B Statham, A Y Finlay, R Marks.

Abstract

Fourteen patients with a clinical and histological diagnosis of necrobiosis lipoidica were treated in a double-blind control study with either an aspirin dipyridamole combination or a matching placebo for an 8-week period. None of the patients in the aspirin dipyridamole group showed a significant improvement.
