Abstract
An infant with jejunal atresia developed ischemic jejunitis with intramural and portal venous gas postoperatively following prolonged anastomotic obstruction. The importance of differentiating ischemic bowel disease secondary to obstruction from classic necrotizing enterocolitis is illustrated by this case report.Entities:
