Abstract
This report reviews the cases of 12 patients in whom ultrasound examination revealed endometrial cavity echoes that were more prominent than expected. Dilatation and curettage or hysterectomy, or both, in these patients revealed a spectrum of endometrial pathology in 83 per cent of the patients, including carcinoma in 33 per cent and normal findings in 17 per cent.Entities:
