Computed tomography evaluation of holoprosencephaly in infants and children.

Abstract

The computed tomographic (CT) findings of the spectrum of holoprosencephaly are presented. Five cases are used to demonstrate the subgroups of alobar, semilobar, and lobar holoprosencephaly. Familiarization with the CT findings in holoprosencephaly leads to more accurate and earlier diagnosis.
