Abstract
Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and solid-phase radioimmunoassay (SPRIA) using either anti-human or anti-mouse IgG labelled with horseradish peroxidase and 125I, respectively, were developed for the detection of Junin, Machupo, Tacaribe, Amapari, Tamiami, Lassa and LCM arena-viruses.
