Oxatomide plasma levels in man during chronic dosing.

B H Davies, K Rocchiccioli.

Abstract

A study was carried out in 8 subjects to measure plasma levels of oxatomide at defined intervals after chronic dosing with 30 mg twice daily for a period of 22 days. Plasma oxatomide levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that mean steady-state plasma levels of 20 to 30 ng/ml just before the next dose and approximately 40 ng/ml 4 hours after a dose were reached by the sixth day of dosing.
