Abstract
The results of a multicentre investigation carried out on 312 pollinic patients are presented. Efficacy of alpha-[4-(1,1-dimethylethyl)phenyl]-4-(hydroxydiphenylmethyl)-1- piperidinebutanol (terfenadine, RMI 9918, Triludan, Teldane, resp.) has been estimated from a global appreciation and the evolution of 11 symptoms, and tolerance on the frequency of diurnal sleepiness. The results showed a very good efficacy of terfenadine and the absence of a depressant effect.Entities:
