Abstract
1. The effect of angiotensin II (AII), norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E) and isoproterenol (ISO) was observed on the branchial and systemic circulations in a whole-body-pump perfused dogfish preparation. 2. NE and E increased systemic blood flow resistance, but decreased branchial resistance. 3. ISO decreased both systematic and branchial blood flow resistance. 4. AII had no significant effect on either branchial or systemic resistance.Entities:
