[Role of the integrity of the central synaptic and direct influences in regulating hemodynamics].

K V Kovanov.

Abstract

Acute and chronic experiments in cats revealed that the terminal efferent effects of the hemodynamics regulation central apparatuses resulted from the integrity of their responses to the sum total of incoming afferent signals and to the blood and CSF substances acting directly upon them. The light and electron microscopy of the spinal cord stereohistological organization revealed the types of cytoarchitectonic constructions and morphological structures which could mediate the central effects of substances and the interrelationships between the reflex and direct mechanisms of regulation. A new idea of the organization of central mechanisms of the hemodynamics regulation and of the reflex arch structure has been postulated.
