[Fixing of osteochondral fragments with fibrinogen glue. Clinical experiences (author's transl)].

Small osteochondral fragments are well fixed with the fibrinogen glue. This method is really a progress in comparison with the traditional fixation by screws or K-wires. The fragments were revascularized early. This is demonstrated by 31 glued osteochondral fragments which healed well. The joints must be immobilized during a period of 3 weeks.
