Cimetidine reduction of tumour formation in mice.

R R Gifford, R M Ferguson, B V Voss.

Abstract

Cimetidine, a histamine type-2 receptor antagonist, had a protective effect in mice challenged with cells from two different syngeneic tumours. The results are a further indication of cimetidine's potential as an immunostimulator.
