Abstract
Relaxation therapy was used to treat ten high school-aged girls suffering from dysmenorrhea. A self-judgment sheet was used to evaluate the results of the therapy. The treatment group improved significantly (p less than 0.01) on the symptoms "cramps" and "nausea," and on "difficult to concentrate," "unambitious" and "being irritable" (p less than 0.05).Entities:
