Abstract
In a 59-year-old woman with cerebral attacks a left ventricular tumor was detected by two-dimensional echocardiography and confirmed by angiocardiography. The tumor was considered a source of embolism and resected. It proved to be a lipoma. Recurrent cerebral attacks finally led to the diagnosis of an insulinoma of the pancreas. After resection the cerebral attacks ceased.Entities:
