Malignant cystosarcoma phyllodes with simultaneous carcinoma in the ipsilateral breast.

M Huntrakoon.

Abstract

A malignant cystosarcoma phyllodes, with simultaneous intraductal and infiltrating duct carcinoma involving the surrounding breast tissue, was found in a 31-year-old black woman. Careful histologic examination of the tissue surrounding the cystosarcoma phyllodes is important in detecting coexistent carcinoma.
