Prostaglandin E1: cAMP level and radiosensitivity of cultured B-82 cells.

In experiments on mice L-fibroblasts, clone B-82, was shown that incubation of the cells for 5 minutes with prostaglandin E1 before the X-irradiation leads to a decrease in radiosensitivity of B-82 cells. Radioprotective concentrations of prostaglandin E1 caused an increase in the intracellular cAMP content.
