Abstract
Aneurysms of the coronary arteries may cause angina, myocardial infarction or sudden death due to thrombosis, embolization or rupture. The patient described herein may represent the first reported case of a large coronary artery aneurysm compressing the upper caval vein, and thereby producing a significant inflow gradient. The anatomical details were demonstrated by digital subtraction angiography (DSA). The patient successfully underwent resection of the aneurysm and reconstruction of the coronary artery with a saphenous vein bypass graft.Entities:
