Abstract
A 26-year old man with documented HBs antigenemia of five years' duration developed the nephrotic syndrome. Histologic patterns of chronic active hepatitis and membraneous glomerulonephritis were found. The glomeruli stained positively for Ig-G, complement and HBs Ag. The relationship of HBs Ag-positive chronic active hepatitis and membraneous glomerulonephritis is discussed.Entities:
