[Derivatisation methods in gas chromatographic analysis. application in the toxicological field (author's transl)].

Abstract

Derivatisation methods are described, which can be used in gas chromatography of drugs in the forensic toxicological usage. Especially acetylation, silylation and methylation can be performed quite simply and fast. Several procedures for these reactions are compliled from the literature.
