Abstract
Desulfovibrio desulfuricans growing on agar surfaces produces a gas that appears to be identical to "Schenk's sulfur monoxide," which was later identified as disulfur monoxide The gas stimulates surface growth of Desulfovibrio on an agar medium and is used by the cells as an electron donor for the reduction of benzyl viologen.Entities:
