Abstract
Injection of dopamine before whole-body x-irradiation of mice resulted in 80 percent survivors whereas no irradiated controls survived; injection after exposure had no effect. D,L-Dihydroxyphenylalanine, the precursor of dopamine, had no effect on survival when injected either before or after irradiation.Entities:
