Abstract
Pregnant rabbits in their first and second "trimesters" of gestation were used in a controlled study to evaluate the teratogenicity of fluorescein sodium. Injections of the drug were given in doses comparable to those planned for human administration. No abortions or defects apparent at birth or as delayed manifestations were evident as a result of the drug therapy.Entities:
