Abstract
An unusual case of bone marrow dysplasia is reported. The features of particular interest are the very high incidence of nuclear drumsticks on the polymorphs, a curious appearance of these same nuclei on electron microscopy, and C trisomy of the bone marrow cells; it is possible that the condition resulted from gold and/or x-ray treatment.Entities:
