Abstract
A statistical analysis of counts of small intensely fluorescent (SIF) and chromaffin-positive (CH+) cells in superior cervical, thoracic and coeliac-mesenteric ganglia of rats at various ages (Santer et al. 1975) has been carried out. The results indicate that the numerical distribution of CH+ cells closely follows that of yellow SIF cells but not that of green SIF cells. This relationship holds both for different ganglia and for different ages.Entities:
