Abstract
Knee arthrography done with the double contrast and spot film technique is a highly accurate method of evaluating the knee of a patient suspected of having an internal derangement. Its greatest value is in the evaluation of the menisci. The modern radiologist is frequently capable and interested in performing the examination.
