Abstract

Knee arthrography done with the double contrast and spot film technique is a highly accurate method of evaluating the knee of a patient suspected of having an internal derangement. Its greatest value is in the evaluation of the menisci. The modern radiologist is frequently capable and interested in performing the examination. It should prove useful to the referring surgeon.
