Abstract
Pseudomonas taetrolens NRRL B14 oxidized isomaltose without hydrolysis of the 1-6 glycosidic linkage. The resulting isomaltobionic acid was identified by chromatographic studies of acid hydrolysates and reconversion to isomaltose.Entities:
