Separation and quantitation of neomycins as free base by paper chromatography.

M K Majumdar, S K Majumdar.

Abstract

Neomycin B and C and neamine were separated as free bases in the solvent system methyl ethyl ketone-tert-butyl alcohol-methanol-6.5 N NH(4)OH (16:3:1:6 v/v) and quantitatively estimated.
