Abstract
The clinical histories and surgical management of two patients with mycotic aneurysms involving the hepatic and superior mesenteric arteries are presented. Endoaneurysmorrhaphy was used to successfully manage these patients. This technic permits the preservation of maximum blood flow to the abdominal viscera. The clinical features and surgical technic are discussed.Entities:
