Abstract
A 34-year-old woman with an organic psychosis was presumed to be suffering from corticosteroid psychosis because of prednisone treatment for urticaria. Lupus was found to be the cause of both urticaria and psychosis. The lupus psychosis was reversed when sufficiently high doses of steroids were given, in combination with immunosuppressant agents.Entities:
