Abstract
A patient had severe bilateral pulmonary coccidioidomycosis with laryngeal involvement proved on biopsy to be caused by Coccidioides immitis. To my knowledge, this has been reported only once before and appears to be a rarely seen complication of pulmonary infection by direct inoculation.Entities:
