Abstract
We report on 3 patients who had a second primary germ cell tumor of the testis despite prior or ongoing systemic chemotherapy for the original tumor. Evidence favoring the designation of the tumors as separate primary lesions is presented. The clinical and theoretical implications of this phenomenon are discussed.Entities:
