Abstract
Adenoidal tissue recovered at surgery was weighed to see if it would correspond with clinical evidence of increased secretory otitis media and nasal blockage. It was observed that adenoidal enlargement was directly proportional to the severity of clinical signs and symptoms. This was also predicted by lateral roentgenogram of the nasopharynx.Entities:
