Abstract
A case of solitary cecal plasmacytoma is described with strong evidence of IgGk paraprotein production demonstrated by immunofluorescence and electromicroscopy. This is the ninth case of colonic plasmacytoma reported in the English literature and the first to show positive immunofluorescence.Entities:
