Abstract
In a 32-year-old woman, cerebral angiography showed fibromuscular dysplasia of the left anterior and middle cerebral arteries. She had had epilepsy and subarachnoid hemorrhages with subsequent hemiplegia. Since she also had multiple enchondromas (Ollier disease), this may represent a case of Maffucci syndrome.Entities:
