The management of premature ejaculation.

Abstract

The problems associated with the treatment of premature ejaculation are discussed. The types of men who present with premature ejaculation are described. Behavioural procedures and the role played by clomipramine (Anafranil) in the treatment of the condition are mentioned, and a rational approach to treatment is presented.
